COVID-19 Precautionary Guidelines

Dear Families and Loved Ones,

This time has been difficult for everyone, and we are working to communicate clearly and provide safe, compliant visitation alternatives. Your safety and the safety of our residents, employees and community is our number one priority. We have implemented enhanced safety processes in all our facilities to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable. With this in mind, we appreciate your cooperation and attention to the following policies and guidelines:

• We will not have congregate activities or group gatherings.
• Telehealth is recommended for all non-essential medical appointments.
• We will provide transportation for residents who require essential medical appointments.
