As a precautionary measure to protect our residents, and under advisement from the State Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we are temporarily prohibiting all visitors and non-essential health care personnel, except for certain compassionate care situations, such as an end-of-life situation.

Any individual permitted to enter the community will be screened by a medical professional upon entry, required to perform hand hygiene and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as facemasks.

Those with symptoms of a respiratory infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat) will not be permitted to enter the facility at any time (even in end-of-life situations).

These protective measures will stay in effect until the State Department of Health and the CDC advise otherwise.

We thank our visitors for their cooperation with these temporary protocols and for your understanding as we work to ensure the safety and well-being of all who live in, work at and visit our communities.
